1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 Public offer

This document is a public offer to enter into an agreement for subscription services under the terms below, in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Payment for a subscription on eGrants constitutes full acceptance of this offer by the Customer.

1.2 Service provider (Seller)

Discorb LLC (ТОВ «Діскорб») (the “Provider”)

Services are delivered via the eGrants platform (egrants.com.ua), operated by Public Organization “RESTATE” (GO “RESTATE”).

1.3 Customer

Any individual, sole proprietor, or legal entity that purchases a subscription and completes payment on eGrants.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1 Services

The Provider grants subscription access to grant search and support services, including monitoring, program matching, eligibility analysis, consultations, and other services per the selected plan.

Services are provided remotely online via the user account and communication channels specified on the platform.

2.2 Plans and pricing

Current plans and pricing are published at https://egrants.com.ua/subscription.

START — UAH 1,499/month (annual — UAH 1,199/mo equivalent);
BASE — UAH 2,990/month (annual — UAH 2,392/mo equivalent);
PRO — UAH 9,900/month (annual — UAH 7,920/mo equivalent);
CORPORATE — custom terms.

Prices may change; changes do not affect an already paid period.

3. CONCLUSION AND PAYMENT

3.1 Acceptance

The agreement is concluded upon successful payment after registration and consent to this offer on the checkout page.

3.2 Payment method

Payment is processed via LiqPay (card and other methods available in the payment interface). Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Confirmation

After successful payment, access is granted within 3 business days unless otherwise agreed.

4. TERM AND RENEWAL

Monthly subscriptions run for 1 calendar month; annual subscriptions for 12 months from activation.

If auto-renewal is enabled, the subscription renews for the same period until cancelled in the account. Cancellation stops future charges but access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The Provider delivers services per the selected plan and complies with the Privacy Policy.

The Customer provides accurate information, pays on time, and complies with the Terms of Use.

The Provider does not guarantee grant approval; services cover support and search, not guaranteed funding outcomes.

6. REFUNDS

Refunds are governed by: Refund Rules and Terms.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

Parties are released from liability for failure due to force majeure.

8. DISPUTES

Disputes are resolved by negotiation, then under applicable Ukrainian law.

9. CHANGES

This offer may be updated. The current version is always at https://egrants.com.ua/public-offer.
