Refund Rules and Terms

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 Purpose
These Refund Rules and Terms (the “Rules”) govern refunds for subscription payments made by users for grant subscription services on the eGrants platform.
1.2 Platform operator
Platform operator: Public Organization “RESTATE” (GO “RESTATE”)

1.3 Payment partner (payment processor)
Subscription payments are processed via LiqPay. Payment processor (merchant): Discorb LLC (ТОВ “Діскорб”).
1.4 What the user pays for
An eGrants subscription provides access to grant search and support services, including monitoring, eligibility analysis, consultations, and other services per the selected plan (START, BASE, PRO, CORPORATE).
2. REFUND CONDITIONS
2.1 Eligible refunds
- duplicate or incorrect payment;
- subscription not activated within 3 business days due to platform fault;
- unauthorized payment (after verification);
- other cases required by applicable Ukrainian consumer protection law.
2.2 Non-refundable cases
- subscription activated and services accessed (consultations, monitoring, analysis);
- more than 14 calendar days since payment (except erroneous/unauthorized payments);
- Terms of Use violations;
- partially used subscription period (proportional refund may be considered individually).
2.3 Partial refunds
For annual plans, proportional refund for unused period may be considered on a case-by-case basis after review of services delivered.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email info@egrants.com.ua with subject “Refund request — subscription” and include: full name/company, account email, payment date and amount, plan, billing period, reason, and refund destination.
Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via LiqPay to the original card within 14 business days.
4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Cancellation stops auto-renewal only. It does not automatically refund the current paid period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
Contact us first at info@egrants.com.ua. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
