Microgrant support under the “Reboot” program

The “Reboot” program, implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross, has been supporting people across Ukraine for three years in restoring income sources, starting businesses, or developing existing ones.

Funding is awarded competitively to the most viable business plans. Supported by the Spanish, Danish, Swiss, and German Red Cross.

Within the grant program, eligibility for participation is defined for specific target groups.

Who can apply:

• Working-age household members aged 18–65.
• Applicants must belong to one or more vulnerable categories.

Target groups:

• internally displaced persons (IDPs);
• households affected by the war (including veterans and their families);
• families caring for elderly people (65+) or persons with disabilities;
• households with two or more children;
• single parents or guardians of minors;
• other categories as defined by the program conditions.

Program participants can receive a microgrant of up to 120,000 UAH to implement their own business idea. Funding is provided in two stages:

• 50% of the grant amount;
• 50% after confirmation of implementation of the first part of the business plan.

Implementation of own business idea, starting or developing a business.

Application period: March 16 – April 10, 2026.

The application process involves contacting local service centers and preparing the required materials.

Key steps:

• Apply through a Ukrainian Red Cross service center at the place of residence.
• Receive the application form, business plan template, and participation requirements.
• Complete the application and prepare a financially justified activity concept.

Applicant support:

• Regional staff provide консультації to applicants.
• Assistance is provided in document preparation and throughout the application process.
