Briefly
Program description
The main goal of the V4 Gen Mini-Grants program is to provide financial support for short-term cross-border youth mobility in the Visegrad Group (V4) region and its immediate neighborhood. The program aims to support any meaningful joint initiatives and activities for a youth audience.
Legal entities working with youth in the eligible countries are invited to participate. Each project must bring together young people aged 12 to 30 from at least two V4 countries and Ukraine (or direct neighbors of V4 countries). All supported projects must reflect the program's key core principles: inclusiveness, teaching and learning, as well as the development of cross-border cooperation and good neighborliness.
Main Information
Eligibility
- Applicants: Any legal entities officially registered in the V4 region (Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia) and/or Ukraine that work in the field of youth (e.g., schools, leisure clubs, sports associations, youth civil society organizations, etc.).
- Partnership structure: At least two organizations from eligible countries (Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine) must participate in the project. It is also allowed to involve partners from countries that directly neighbor two V4 countries (i.e., Austria, Germany, and Ukraine).
- Participants: Mandatory participation of young people aged 12 to 30 in the mobility activities.

- The project budget is calculated as a lump sum based on the number of person-days:

- Grant funds can be used to cover any types of costs directly associated with the implementation of the project (including accommodation, travel expenses, entrance fees, honoraria, etc.).
- Additional co-financing of the project by organizers or partners is encouraged.
