Program description
The programme helps veterans and their families start, restore or develop businesses through entrepreneurship training, financial planning, marketing, mentoring, business-plan development and competitive grant funding.
Main Information
Eligibility
Applicant must belong to an eligible veteran/family category, reside in Vinnytsia or Mykolaiv region, and have a business idea or existing initiative.
Financing
Up to €3,000 to start, restore or develop a business; up to €12,500 to launch or develop a social business project.
Funding is intended to implement the approved business plan – starting, restoring or developing a business.

Roadmap
20 Aug 2026 – applications open;
20 Sep 2026 – applications close;

How to Apply
Complete the online application. Selected participants complete training, develop a business and financial plan and pitch it to the selection committee. The best projects receive grants.
Evaluation Criteria
Detailed scoring is not publicly available. Social-enterprise initiatives creating community impact, social cohesion or addressing current social challenges receive priority.
Reporting and Compliance
Post-grant implementation support is provided.
