Grant for Digital Education Projects for Youth

The competition supports organizations capable of conducting a significant number of high-quality educational events on programming, STEM, and digital skills within a short period and attracting a large number of participants. Special attention is given to the participation of girls and young women.

In addition to funding, grant recipients have the opportunity to integrate their events into the pan-European EU Code Week platform and expand their own network of partners.

Applicant must be a legally established organisation in an eligible country, including Ukraine, with sufficient experience, capacity and networks to deliver the proposed activities.

Costs must be reasonable, justified, identifiable, verifiable and recorded in the beneficiary's accounts. External experts, consultants and facilitators are eligible, but limited to 20% of the total budget.

Human resources and personnel costs are ineligible. Applicants cannot receive compensation for their own project time.

Coding, computational thinking, digital skills and STEM activities; career days; STEM/digital career events; university visits; school-university links; scalable and replicable activities.

Complete the online form → organisation and experience → project/objectives/impact → implementation plan → KPIs → outreach → previous projects → upload budget, declaration and project plan → submit

Presentation: clarity and completeness.

Design congruity: relevance, consistency and feasibility.

Quality: methodology, educational value, assessment, synergies and replicability.

Impact: stakeholders, participant groups, local impact, girls' participation and STEM.

Budget-based financial report with invoices, receipts and proof of payment plus final narrative reporting against proposed KPIs.

Gender-disaggregated participation data must be collected.
