Program description
The IZOLYATSIA Foundation (UA) and Malý Berlín (SK), together with Trans Europe Halles (SE), announce a rolling open call for cultural and artistic organisations within the ZMINA:Resilience project, “Support for Showcasing International Cooperation Projects”.
The aim is to support projects presenting to wider audiences artistic and cultural works co-created by cultural organisations from Ukraine and other Creative Europe countries through public showcases and presentation events.
All creative and cultural sectors are eligible except audiovisual. Total available funding is EUR 950,000, with 19–25 grants expected.
Main Information
Eligibility
– Organisations working in arts and culture
– Registered in Creative Europe programme countries
– For Ukraine – registered in territories under the effective control of the Government of Ukraine
– The project must include at least two partner organisations from at least two countries, one of which is Ukraine
– The partnership must be genuine and equal
– Individual artists and sole proprietors cannot be direct subgrant recipients
– The audiovisual sector is not eligible
Financing
Eligible costs:
– all costs necessary for project implementation
– costs of presenting artistic and cultural works in each partner country
– travel related to organisational, rehearsal, creative and presentation purposes
Rates:
– Artists' working time – EUR 75/person/day
– International travel – EUR 350/round trip
– Local travel – EUR 65/round trip
– Green travel support – EUR 300
– Accommodation and per diem – EUR 75/night
– Visa costs – EUR 80
– Equipment delivery/transport, including insurance – actual cost
– Materials and equipment (depreciation only) – actual cost
– Services – actual cost
– Communication, marketing, documentation – actual cost
– Management and administration – maximum 20% of total budget
Costs must be incurred after signing the grant agreement and during the implementation period.

How to Apply
– Apply through the IZOLYATSIA online platform
– One consortium representative submits the application as lead applicant
– Application language – English
– Application form and budget are completed on the platform
– Documents for each partner are uploaded as separate PDF files
– The application must be submitted by 23:59 Kyiv time on the last day of the relevant round
Evaluation Criteria
Relevance: alignment with the objectives of the call.
Quality:
– quality of partnership – equal importance of each partner's role
– integration of digitalisation, environmental sustainability, inclusion and accessibility
– scale of engagement – expected audience size and number of presentation events
Impact:
– project sustainability, including plans for future showcases and presentations after the grant period
Required Documents
For each partner:
– Guarantee letter completed and signed by the organisation's head
– Official registration extract
– Current statute or equivalent document – all pages
For Ukrainian organisations – full extract from the Unified State Register dated after the announcement of the call.
Documents whose original is not in Ukrainian or English require the original plus a full non-notarised English translation.

Weekly online consultations are held every Tuesday at 11:00 Kyiv time.
Reporting and Compliance
– 70% of the grant is paid after signing the agreement, 30% after approval of final reports
– Final reporting is required
– Narrative Report templates are available
– Co-financing must be supported by accounting documents and bank statements
– Compliance with EU branding and visibility requirements is mandatory
– Double financing from the EU budget is not allowed
Legal Terms
– Partners must be registered in Creative Europe programme countries
– The work must be co-created by a Ukrainian organisation and an organisation from another programme country
– Double financing of the same costs is prohibited
