Eligibility

The grant programme is open to organisations that meet the specified legal, operational, and financial eligibility requirements.

  • organisations from any country worldwide are eligible to apply;
  • applicants must be registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States or as a non-governmental organization (NGO) in their country;

    • U.S. organisations must submit Form 990 or Form 990-EZ;
    • organisations outside the United States must submit their NGO Financial Report and the most recent annual tax filing;
  • applicants are also required to provide a bank statement for the most recently completed month.
