Program description
The call supports systemic PV innovations focused on either A) agrivoltaics (AgriPV) or B) offshore/nearshore PV.
Projects should develop and demonstrate scalable systems that reduce CAPEX/OPEX and environmental impacts while improving energy output.
Demonstrators of adequate scale, around at least 5 MW, are expected.

Eligibility
Participants must meet Horizon Europe requirements regarding legal status, country eligibility, financial and operational capacity and exclusion criteria. The Horizon Europe General Annexes apply.
Financing
Total budget – EUR 30 million, with 4 projects expected, approximately EUR 7.5 million each.
Funding is provided as a lump sum.

How to Apply
1. Form an international consortium.
2. Select one focus – AgriPV or offshore/nearshore PV.
3. Develop the technical concept and demonstration plan.
4. Prepare budget.
5. Submit by 1 December 2026

Reporting and Compliance
Standard Horizon Europe rules for Innovation Actions and lump-sum grants apply. Detailed reporting requirements are defined in the Grant Agreement and Horizon Europe rules.
