Program description
The grant program announces a competition for small and medium-sized enterprises in Mykolaiv region to receive financial support. The initiative is aimed at fostering entrepreneurial and investment activities in the region.

Eligibility
Within the grant program, eligibility is open to small and medium-sized enterprises in Mykolaiv region that meet the established employment and salary requirements.
Enterprises with at least 3 employees and an average salary over the previous 6 months of no less than two minimum wages may apply for several forms of financial support.
Enterprises with 1–2 employees and an average salary over the previous 3 months of at least 1.5 minimum wages are also eligible to participate in the program.
Financing
Within the grant program, small and medium-sized enterprises in Mykolaiv region may receive financial support based on a competitive selection process. The amount and conditions of support depend on the number of employees and the average salary level.
For enterprises with at least 3 employees and an average salary of no less than two minimum wages, the program provides:
- partial compensation of loan interest rates — up to UAH 200,000 per budget year;
- compensation for the purchase of fixed assets — up to 30% of the asset value and no more than UAH 200,000;
- compensation for loans used to restore assets damaged due to the war;
- compensation for relocation expenses for businesses returning to Mykolaiv region;
- partial co-financing for purchasing fixed assets aimed at expanding production.
For enterprises with 1–2 employees and an average salary of at least 1.5 minimum wages, similar support mechanisms are available, with funding of up to UAH 100,000 per budget year.
The program also supports:
- expansion of production and service delivery;
- recovery of businesses affected by military aggression;
- assistance for relocated enterprises operating in Mykolaiv region.
Supported Activities
Within the grant program for small and medium-sized enterprises, several forms of financial support are available to promote business development, recovery, and expansion.
Supported activities and project types include:
- partial compensation of interest rates on loans obtained in the current or previous years;
- compensation for the purchase of fixed assets aimed at expanding production, service delivery, or works;
- support for projects focused on restoring assets damaged due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation;
- compensation of expenses related to the relocation of production facilities for enterprises returning to Mykolaiv region;
- partial co-financing for purchasing fixed assets to increase production capacity.

- business and production development;
- recovery of enterprises affected by destruction;
- relocation and return of businesses to Mykolaiv region;
- modernization and expansion of production infrastructure.
