Program description

The organiser and implementer of the programme is LLC “Auchan Ukraine Hypermarket”. The programme is aimed at supporting the development of small businesses by providing one-off targeted non-repayable financial assistance to winners, based on the evaluation of business plans and presentations. The grant is awarded on the basis of a non-repayable financial assistance agreement.

The purpose of the Auchan Small Business Grant Programme 2025–2026 is to promote the development of small businesses and to draw public attention to the need to support new business projects.

Eligibility

Eligibility:

Participants in the Auchan Small Business Grant Programme 2025–2026 may be exclusively representatives of small businesses who are ready to present a business plan of their project to the Organiser and meet other requirements set out in these Rules, confirm their status as micro-enterprises or small enterprises within the meaning of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine No. 996-XIV “On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine”, and participate in the grant-related activities in accordance with these Rules.


Ineligible participants:

The following are not recognised as participants and are not eligible to take part in the grant activities:

  • employees of the grant programme Organiser and/or persons engaged in the implementation of grant activities under civil-law contracts;

  • immediate family members and children of the above-mentioned persons;

  • minors and underage children;

  • representatives of small businesses that already receive subsidies, grants, or other financial assistance from other sponsors or the state for the development of their business projects.

Financing

Grant funds must be used exclusively for the purposes specified in the applicant’s business plan.

Roadmap

How to Apply

  • Register for training from 26 November to 31 December 2025 via the link;

  • Complete the introductory online training module (participants will receive an invitation to the email address provided during registration);

  • Prepare a business plan including a description of the business and the project for which investment is sought (equipment, raw materials, etc.). Add photos and videos of the enterprise, if it already exists, as well as the registration document of the business entity. Provide calculations of the project’s payback and profitability;

  • Submit the business plan for review by the Organiser’s jury (e-mail: forsupplier@auchan.ua) within the deadlines that will be communicated by the Organiser separately;

  • Based on the selection results, the authors of the five most interesting and profitable business plans, according to the jury’s conclusions, will be invited by the Organiser to deliver a personal presentation of their business plan in March 2026 in PowerPoint format. The presentation must include a business description, details of the project requiring investment (equipment, raw materials, etc.), photos and videos of the enterprise (if applicable), the participant’s business registration document, the number of jobs created, and calculations of project payback/profitability;

  • If the presented business plan is recognised as a winner and selected for grant support, the participant must sign a non-repayable financial assistance agreement with the Organiser in the form and content proposed by the Organiser and, on this basis, receive the grant in April 2026. The targeted non-repayable financial assistance must be used exclusively for the purposes and means specified in the business plan, and the participant must submit a written report to the Organiser on the targeted use of funds.

Evaluation Criteria

The jury selects the most interesting and financially viable / profitable business plans.
