Program description
Grant funds are provided by the state to support the creation or development of one's own business. Applicants submit their applications through the Diia portal, attach a business plan in the prescribed form, and sign the application with an electronic signature.
Main Information
Eligibility
Individuals planning to open an individual business, existing individual businesses, and legal entities:
- citizens of Ukraine;
- individual entrepreneurs who are citizens of Ukraine;
- legal entities whose ultimate beneficial owners are citizens of Ukraine;
- who are not located or working in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine;
- who are not working in Russia;
- who are not subject to sanctions;
- against whom no bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated;
- who have not been held criminally liable for corruption;
- who have no debts to the budget;
- who do not manufacture and/or sell weapons, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and are not engaged in currency exchange;
- that are not credit, insurance, investment, non-state pension funds, professional participants in the securities market, or pawnshops.
Financing
- purchase of equipment;
- purchase of raw materials;
- rent (no more than 25% of the grant amount);
- equipment rental;
- marketing and advertising;
- franchising.

Evaluation Criteria
The decision to award a grant is made based on:
- verification of the recipient's business reputation by an authorized bank;
- evaluation of the business plan;
- evaluation of the interview.
